The Brazos Valley Community Health Centers strive to eliminate health disparities by offering quality primary and preventive health care to the medically underserved of the Brazos Valley.

Our clinicians are committed to providing complete, compassionate and affordable health care to you and your family. We offer a variety of services and support programs:
Medical- Chronic illnesses
- Family planning/reproductive health

- Minor care (colds, flu, scrapes, etc.)

Health Education
Our staff members are available to answer your health and medical questions. Educational classes and one-on-one counseling sessions are provided on the following topics:

Payment
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP and private insurance. Uninsured clients are provided services on a sliding fee scale, which is based on income and family size.
